Great for short stays. Positive: Cosy and comfortable. Nice facilities and very clean. Negative: Neighbours were not always respectful of noise levels at night. Cats also were noisy.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY Positive: Cozy little unit, compfy bed, good shower. The kitchen has everything you need. It also has a cute little backyard that would be great to relax in the summertime. We would definitely stay here again. Negative: I dont like that we have to ask permission to have visitors over

Well decked out and attractive. Good value for money and handy to the CBD. Positive: Thoughtful appliances eg knives that are sharp, fairtrade tea. We could cook fairly easily. The washer/dryer was useful. Toiletries were nice. The little backyard is cute and would be great in summer. Negative: Don't need the airfresheners (we put the outside) because the place is clean and smells fine. Thought you would like to know: part of the bamboo fence came down in the strong wind one night. Also the drum clean light is flashing on the washing machine. One chair needs repair at too.

Gisborne Positive: Comfortable bed and lounge. Was good to have kitchen and laundry facilities. Negative: Fridge seal needs attention being a short stay my food was fine.
